Dining Hours of Operation:

Open Sunday thru Thursday 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, closed on Wednesday

Open Friday and Saturday from noon until 8:00 PM


1. Access to the building will be restricted to only those being seated inside or using the restroom facilities while waiting for a table.

2. Customers will check in with the hostess and if immediate seating is not available, you may wait outside the building in the front yard, by the fire pit in the backyard or the comfort of your car. We will text you when your table is ready.

3. Inside dining will be at appropriately spaced tables and with Advance Reservations Only.

4. Outside tables on our patio will be appropriately spaced and available for same day Walk-Ins.

5. The Patio Bar will be closed for the season. Beer & Wine will be available with table service and from the walk-up, takeout window to enjoy while you are waiting for a table.

6. For those customers who do not feel comfortable yet to dine on premises, we will be doing TAKEOUT and CARHOP SERVICE in our parking lot. We have four socially distanced parking spaces, just text us when you arrive, and a server will come to your car.

7. There will be a separate entrance (front door) and exit (parking lot side door) at the grill.


1. We will use disposable paper menus as placemats to be discarded after each use.

2. All food and beverages will be served in single use, disposable containers.

3. Servers will not handle payment transactions. We will be happy to provide split checks, but please tell your server when ordering. Guests will pay the cashier in the front room bar.

4. Once all the guests from the table have left, only the busser will be permitted to clean and sanitize the table for reuse.

5. There will be hand sanitizing stations available throughout the building.

6. Bathrooms and common touch points will be sanitized regularly.


1. All employees will attend daily, pre-opening meetings to stay on top of the ever-changing environment and regulations.

2. Employees will be asked to affirm that they are well and have a temperature check daily.

3. All staff will wear gloves or frequently use hand sanitizer and wear a protective face mask, face shield or gaiter while in the grill.

We are excited to open and are committed to keeping you safe and healthy. What we know for sure is that the Gibraltar Grill will continue to offer comfort food, craft beer, wine, and beverages in a casual, welcoming, and safe environment. We cannot wait to see you all again!
