Gluten Free Entrées

We have prepared this suggested list of menu items based on the ingredient information and the stated absence of wheat/gluten within these items.  Although the Gibraltar Grill is not a dedicated gluten free kitchen, we do cook all gluten free items with care to reduce cross contamination.  We welcome advance notice of special dietary requests and will do our utmost to accomodate your needs. All menu item prices are the same as our regular menu.

Dinner Entreés

Add a house salad for 2.


Locally caught, broiled whitefish with a delicious lemon
butter sauce.  Served with potatoes and vegetables.

Grilled Salmon

Norwegian salmon cooked to perfection served with a
dill butter sauce, lemon wedges, potatoes and vegetables.

Hand Cut Steaks

Angus Beef chargrilled to your liking and served with potatoes and vegetables.

Door County Summer Salad

Spring greens, bleu cheese, chopped walnuts,
dried craisins and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Greek Salad

Crisp romaine, feta cheese, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata
olives, pepperoncini, tomatoes served with roasted garlic
balsamic vinaigrette.

Seasonal Caprese Salad

Beefsteak tomatoes, Fior di latte mozzarella and fresh basil
served with a balsamic reduction.

Beth's Wedge Salad

Iceberg lettuce with creamy bleu cheese dressing,
diced tomatoes,garlic, fresh basil and chopped bacon.10

House Garden Salad

Fresh spring greens with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers
and your choice of dressing.


Served with your choice coleslaw or applesauce.
May substitute a side salad or vegetables for 1.

Pulled Pork

Succulent slow roasted pulled pork served on
a toasted gluten-free Udi's bun with Sweet Baby Ray's
BBQ sauce on the side.

Hot Ham and Cheese

Sliced ham and melted cheese of your choice
on a toasted gluten-free Udi's bun.


Turtle Sundae

Scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate
sauce, caramel sauce, chopped walnuts and whipped cream.

Root Beer • Cherry • Orange
with two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
